This is a blog dedicated to Henrik Lundqvist goalie for the New York Rangers, Team Sweden. He's a stylish and snappy dresser preferring Swedish brands. Henrik is well loved by fans and teammates.
Thanks to Trish for pointing out this video! It's an interview with a male reporter after the New Years Eve game 12/31/09 when Henrik got incensed at getting rushed in the net, broke his stick over the net and then screamed at the ref.
When the interviewer asked what Henrik said, Henrik laughed, tucked his head and did the 'look up through the eyelashes'! He followed that with a smirk, dimples and some very flirty eyes.
I imagine that was his way of getting out of trouble when he was a kid. And it worked so well on the ladies it must be an automatic reaction when he realizes he's in trouble. Thank god the reporter was male. Otherwise a female reporter would have been in a dead faint! Henrik could conquer the world with that look!
Oh my god... That's the most adorable I have ever seen!
Poor Therese.. How is she ever going to win an arguement with this guy.. He would just give me that look and I would melt compleatly and forget what I was saying..
And by "poor Therese" I mean I feel so sorry for her I'm willing to take her place anytime..

I happen to know someone with the Piecies Sign......And Trust me guys - It`s Not All sugar and spice and everything nice....Even with that adroble smile.
I really like Hank (he`s Hot), But Not Too Jelous of Therese in that respect.
Haha, didn't realize the interview would be such a hit. All to find an example of his stick breaking!
But when the season starts, you should make sure to watch for post-game interviews on the MSG site. After losses they're not so fun, because you almost think you need to put him on suicide watch, but after good wins he can get cutesy like this one :) There are probably more old ones out there somewhere, if you happen to be bored...
I must say, Anon, I don't put any stock in astrological signs. I am nothing like what my sign says I should be, and I never have been, so I never pay attention to them.
That being said, of course I know Henrik isn't an innocent little boy. Just kidding around here. ;o)
